Note:

1. TB has to be outside OR h/l
2. Must not already tag fib (usually hammer, doji bot/top)
3. TB = 1st red/blue bar
4. TB trig must be outside OR h/l
5. EMA must be rising/falling - not flat
6. TB must close strong
7. PB must have upp/low tail
8. If PB is a hammer/Doji, ok if (1) did not tag fib, (2) PB upp/low tail, (3) TB close strong (engulfing)
